Blog @ MRS Design

Our blog aims to provide info on various aspects of design, which will be useful for both clients and anyone interested in Logo, Stationery or Website design.

Pantone Colours Pantone is a standardised color matching system, utilising the Pantone numbering system for identifying colors. By standardising the Pantone colors, different manufacturers in different locations can all reference a Pantone numbered color, making sure colors match without direct contact with one another. This means that if a logo is designed using Pantone colours, it will look the same colour wise when printed in all instances.

The selection of Pantone on this blog is simply a guide to let you choose specific colours for your logo or other design work. Please note as Pantone colours are specifically intended for print use, the colours on the page are only approximate to what you would see when printed. If you are very keen to ensure the colours for your logo are 100% right, it may be worth visiting a local printing company and asking to see their Pantone swatch books, which will allow you to see all colours which can be chosen from.
Logo Design Fonts Although there are 1,000s of different fonts which can be used for a logo, this blog page includes a selection of some of the best which can be chosen for any logo design project.

Of course, if you have a specific font in mind for your logo design, just let us know. We can use any font we have on file.
